Women’s Ministry

We have a single focus – to equip and prepare ladies to be women devoted to Jesus Christ, providing a place where women will be discipled and strengthened in their faith.

 Encouragement from God’s Word, prayer support, practical discipleship, and refreshment are all available as the ladies gather to enjoy the blessing and bounty of the Lord.  These are great opportunities for women to develop relationships of accountability with other Christian women and to encourage each other in their individual walks with the Lord.

We are currently focusing on one-on-one mentoring relationships for women.  If you are interested in being a part of a relationship like this , please contact Sheri Holdridge through the church office.

Beginning February 11, The Women’s Ministry is offering a new six-week Bible study series called “Loving God With All Your Mind” by Elizabeth George.  The study will meet Saturday mornings at 9:00a in the church cafe.

The ladies also periodically take part in special worship and study retreats, seminars, and groups.  In addition to these opportunities, the ladies of CCSC also serve in a variety of capacities within the Body.   Some of these ministries include practical ministry such as extra meals, and general help and assistance to families dealing with major life events.
